The existing 1,600 sq.ft. of office space was renovated with new bathrooms added.  

Created an additional 5,000 sq.ft. of new office area; including a showroom and training room.  

Completed renovation of 14,000 sq.f.t of warehouse space; including high density fire sprinkler system alteration.  Project is still under construction, completion on target for tenant move-in.
