Steve Pellegrino
President

As the Founder of Pellegrino Construction Services, Steve Pellegrino is responsible for overseeing all phases of Estimating, Project Management, Owner’s Representative and Construction services.

Steve has over 35 years experience in the construction industry, including Due Diligence, Budgeting, Cost Control, Scheduling and Team Management.

Steve is known through out the construction industry as a person who expects every task on a project to be completed proudly, with the highest quality and in a timely fashion. Steve is O.S.H.A. certified and attended New York University for Construction Management.


Before starting up Pellegrino CS, Steve worked at Ivy Realty as Vice President of Construction and Reckson Associates as Director of Construction.

Mr. Pellegrino has served on his local Planning Board, Board of Education and Public Library Board, where he served as President of the Library Board. Mr. Pellegrino resides in North Jersey with his wife and two sons.

Mike Cimillo
Vice-President

As Vice President of Pellegrino Construction Services, Michael Cimillo offers a wealth of knowledge and expertise cultivated over more than 25 years in the construction sector.  His professional journey encompasses successful collaborations with major New York City developers, notably the Moinian Group and Forest City Ratner.  

 

Michael’s expertise extends across all phases of construction, including pre-construction planning, site supervision, financial oversight and ensuring adherence to stringent quality and safety standards.

 

Michael’s vast experience and knowledge in the construction industry helps to ensure that Pellegrino Construction Services projects are completed with the highest quality outcome. 

Kelly Lacey

Office Manager / Construction Coordinator

Kelly is a dedicated results driven office manager bringing over 20 years’ experience streamlining office operation and optimizing administrative processes. She’s also responsible for accounts receivable and payable managing the financial activities of PCS. She enjoys many outdoor activities and spending quality time with her husband & son

Sandy Castellani

Estimating/Construction Services

While Sandy’s main position at Pellegrino Construction Services is to expedite the many facets of the estimating process. She also holds a vital role as liaison between our clients and project team members. Through broad communication skills, customer needs are swiftly recognized and projects are followed through till completion.

Joe Pellegrino

Assistant Project Manager

Joe is a dedicated CM in training with over a decade of industry experience. After attending Moravian University, Joe transitioned from laborer to field supervision. He is now currently serving as a Junior Construction Manager as well as Field Supervisor. Joe is actively working toward a CMM designation through the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA). With a strong background in commercial construction, Joe has contributed to numerous projects, ensuring quality execution and seamless coordination on the jobsite.

Mark Spuhler

Client Coordinator

Mark Spuher has been with the PCS team for 10 years.  He earned a Bachelor’s dergree in Architecture from New Jersey Institute of Technology and holds an Associate degree in Drafting. Mark is the Client Coordinator with PCS. His responsibilities include creating the scope of work for client’s projects, working closely with them throughout their projects construction phases.  Additionally, create the necessary plans, drawings, sketches in order to convey the project two dimensional to the customer.  He provides the client with a realistic timeline for completion of their project, communicates with the client all throughout the entire construction process and coordinates with the necessary subcontractors and fellowPCS team members to have the project move forward as efficiently as possible.

 

Mark’s favorite part of the job is that every day is different and with that comes new challenges.  He is a US Navy veteran of the Persian Gulf War and resides in Passaic county with his wife and son.

Vincent Ellis

Field Supervisor

Vince has over 30 years in the construction field. He has a wide range of experience in residential and commercial construction. Vince supervisors all of our tenant fit outs.  As an onsite field supervisor Vince ensures jobs are running smoothly and efficiently.

Donald Laustsen

Field Supervisor

Don has over 35 years in the construction field. He has an array of knowledge in new commercial construction and has supervised many buildings from the ground up. As Onsite Field Supervisor Don ensures the jobs are running smoothly and efficiently. Don resides in Dunellen with his wife.

Arthur Gussis

Field Supervisor

Arthur brings over 20 years’ experience with a high level of attention to detail. He oversees trades, making sure the job is progressing to meet or beat deadlines, and making clients dreams become a reality. Coordinating with inspectors and building departments and forming professional relationships with clients. He is family-oriented father of two daughters. He enjoys many outdoor activities like working on cars, hiking, kayaking, fishing and spending time with his family.
