Steve Pellegrino

Owner

As the Founder of Pellegrino Construction Services, Steve Pellegrino is responsible for overseeing all phases of Estimating, Project Management, Owner’s Representative and Construction services.

Steve has over 30 years experience in the construction industry, including Due Diligence, Budgeting, Cost Control, Scheduling and Team Management.

Steve is known through out the construction industry as a person who expects every task on a project to be completed proudly, with the highest quality and in a timely fashion. Steve is O.S.H.A. certified and attended New York University for Construction Management.


Before starting up Pellegrino CS, Steve worked at Ivy Realty as Vice President of Construction and Reckson Associates as Director of Construction.

Mr. Pellegrino has served on his local Planning Board, Board of Education and Public Library Board, where he served as President of the Library Board. Mr. Pellegrino resides in North Jersey with his wife and two sons.

Nicole D'Agostino

Project Manager

As Project Manager, Nicole is responsible for overseeing all phases of multiple projects from bidding through closeout.

 

Nicole has 15 years experience of working in the commercial real estate and construction industry, which began as an administrative assistant and quickly changed to a construction administrator, as it was far more interesting to her than basic administrative tasks.  She quickly learned contract administration, insurance documentation, bid packages, bid leveling, construction documents, project accounting and scheduling.   Nicole also learned some aspects of the development side of the industry, such as researching ordinances, tax maps and zoning, and assisting in filling out the numerous applications, as well as preparing presentations for zoning board meetings.

 

Nicole then took her expertise and used it to assist in setting up a newly formed Construction Management Department.  She assisted the Director of Construction Management from an operations standpoint in setting up the daily processes and procedures, as well as the project coordination for all projects that came through the department and managing some of the smaller projects. 

 

Nicole’s wide range of knowledge in Construction Management, as well as operations and accounting have been and continue to be an invaluable asset to the growing Pellegrino Construction Services Team.
