The existing 2600 SF of office space was renovated along with a 5,100 SF office expansion to create JAS Worldwide's Regional branch.  Work included two new rooftop HVAC units, polished and stained concrete flooring.  

PCS was responsible for the architectural, engineering and construction trades on this project.  Project was completed on budget.  Existing warehouse space was brought up to code.
